How they work
Your camera and an on-device body-tracking model find 33 points on your body about 30 times a second. The coach measures your joint angles, counts a rep when you move through the full range, and compares each rep with good form for the exercise. Nothing is uploaded: the video never leaves your device.
Want the technique first? Every exercise has a form guide.
